Hello, I'm Rachel. I am an Energy Healing Practitioner, Content Creator, Vocal Coach, Actress & ASMRTist.
Through personal growth, research and practice I have drawn from ancient Druidism, Mysticism, Alchemy, Reiki and other forms of energy healing to provide the best possible energy transmission for personal transformation, manifestation, abundance, love, healing, relaxation and stress management. I am always learning and evolving.
Where it all began...
Since I can remember I have always been fascinated with the magical and mystical. As a child I used to talk to trees, I believed in other worlds and became invested in spiritual practices...
I grew up a Roman Catholic and was deeply insecure as a teenager. I didn't feel clever enough, talented enough, pretty enough...This low self-esteem and poor nervous system made me an anxious mess. I had found a love of singing and theatre, but I would over-compensate for my lack of confidence by outwardly "trying" to be liked and validated. I was easily influenced by those around me and from a young age was exposed to negative thoughts surrounding self-respect, money and success.
I was desperate to find my place in the world and my life purpose, but I didn't know where to start. I decided to move into a transformative but solitary journey of self discovery and healing that would later reward me in ways I couldn't have imagined during my childhood. My awakening was coming...
Through trial and error I embraced a more Spiritual lifestyle. My confidence and authenticity expanded and I was able to improve my life on so many levels.
This called for great strength and resilience, as I was guided to cut out people, places and things that caused delays and unnecessary pain in my life. I was forced to purge unhelpful thought and behavioural patterns. Through shadow work, meditation and manifestation techniques I have identified the blocks and barricades to my destiny, healed trauma, and eliminated negative, destructive energy.
I completed my first Reiki certificate over fifteen years ago...
Since then I have gained diplomas in Usui & Tibetan Reiki, Life Coaching, Nutrition, Acupressure, Angel Healing Therapy and Angelic Reiki.
I am a certified healing practitioner with the Angelic Reiki Association and an Angel Reiki Master accredited by the International Association of Therapists.
Since working on my own personal development I have created and sang professionally in a Rockabilly band, I was employed in marketing, fundraising and event organising, acted in film & television and worked in education. I have worked as a self-employed vocal coach for the past ten years. I have completed all singing examinations with The Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music and Trinity College London.
I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Winchester and I am currently studying Herbalism.
I set up The Lightworkers Way in 2021 following the passing of my much loved mother. I decided that life was too short to procrastinate, and I wanted to reach out, find my soul-tribe and help others to lead happier, healthier lives.
I was initially worried about pushing myself out of my comfort zone, and being in the public eye. But with my circumstances changing and less job satisfaction, I decided to go for it and be courageous.
From there, I have found a soul-tribe of over 43,000 worldwide on YouTube, TikTok and Instagram (and counting!)
I have sold digital products such as my eBook "Intuitive Wisdom: Enhancing Your Connection to God Through Intuition" and mp3 meditations, offered personal pre-recorded Reiki sessions and intuitive 3 question card readings, sold handmade healing wands worldwide with excellent reviews, allowing me to donate to woodland and conservation charities, and worked alongside amazing partners promoting their products.
I've even been spotted online by a director and will be appearing in an upcoming movie!
